Sarah Hill
Customer Services Team Leader - UK
Sarah joined Corin in September 2007, following 20 years in technical sales within the engineering industry. She has extensive experience in the field of customer services and presently heads up the UK Customer Services team, managing Corin’s day-to-day relationships with hospitals across the country, where she and her team are often the first ‘port of call’.
Continuing her interest in the field of healthcare, in her spare time Sarah also works as a voluntary Community First Responder for the Ambulance Service. Relying on her calm manner and clear head, this important role involves assisting patients in the community, often before the ambulance arrives to provide emergency care. Other voluntary work includes her involvement with St John’s Ambulance, where she has been a member of the emergency team at various flagship events, including Wimbledon, Lords Cricket Ground and Live 8. In what little spare time remaining that she has, Sarah can also be found assisting at her local Helen and Douglas House charity shop, where she helps raise funds for hospice care for children and young adults.
Sarah says about her work at Corin: "I really enjoy being busy, which is one of the things I like most about my job. My role offers me lots of variety and contact with people – building up relationships with our customers. I have to liaise with lots of parts of the business too – both in terms of my day-to-day role and also in developing new projects. No two days are ever the same".
