Coriplast
Bone Cement
Coriplast is an acrylic bone cement which is distributed by Corin. The cement is available in two different forms:
- Coriplast 1 – a high viscosity cement.
- Coriplast 3 – a lower viscosity cement, more suited to syringe injection or for those procedures that advocate its use, such as hip resurfacing.
Comparative independent tests have shown that the mechanical properties for these cement types exceed international standard requirements(1) and are superior or equivalent to alternative formulation(2).
