Dr. Raterman graduated from The University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1981 and completed his orthopedic residency at the Medical Center of Georgia. He has been past Chief of Surgical Subspecialties at University Community Hospital as well as Chief of Staff and Chief of Credentials at Florida Hospital Tampa. He has expertise in arthroscopic surgery of the hip, knee, and shoulder. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopedics at the University of South Florida.
