About

Versatile femoral stem system designed to satisfy multiple surgical philosophies with a range of implant options and a customisable instrument kit.

Restore

Restore

Stem design is based on a radiographic study1 of 487 patient femurs. Analysis was performed to identify a design which best restores natural hip centre of rotation and biomechanics.

There are three different neck lengths depending on stem size, designed to match laterialisation and height changes in patient biomechanics2, while two CCD options offer flexibility to match stems to more lateralised or varus anatomies.

Stability

Stability

Meije Duo is a quadrangular stem. Macrostructured ridges have been added to the design and placed on the proximal region.

Stem bodies are fully HA coated to provide with press fit. The HA has shown to promote bone-growth, key for long-term fixation3,4.

Versatility

Versatility

Meije Duo includes a range of stems in one system, meaning surgeons can select the right philosophy for them and their patient.

Standard and lateralised stems are available in both cementless collared or collarless Titanium alloy stems and cemented polished stainless-steel stems.

A customisable instrument kit can be tailored to suit the surgical philosophy, preferences and requirements, reducing complexity and OR burden.
