Dr. Martin Buttaro
Dr Buttaro completed his residence at the Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires (HIBA), then a fellowship at the “Sir John Charnley” Hip Centre at the HIBA in 2000, at the Mueller Institute, Switzerland and at the Princess Elizabeth Orthopaedic Centre, Exeter, England in 2002. He is an Associate Professor at the School of Medicine and an attending Hip Surgeon at the HIBA. His academic activities include 48 peer-reviewed international publications. He has been implanting MiniHip since 2010, and is experienced in revision hip surgery with bone loss and infection.
