I have about 35 scientific publications in leading medical journal.
Performed about 3000 PROSTHESIS OF ROTA GLIDE – UNTILL 2014 AND directly started with the unity TKA – system and did already about 2000 knees and about 1000 THA TRIFIT/TRINITY in different approaches ; and I've did more than 500 revision TKA and THA .
I think that the most important way for success of the surgery is to select the right patient, and to fit the appropriate prosthesis to the joint, after we try all the conservative ways to treat the patient.
I was one of the first users of the MiniHip THA prosthesis- in Israel. I usually use the Harding approach and occasionally the DAA and posterior approaches.
It is very important for me in TKA is the ligament balancing and to my opinion it is important to go step wise in soft tissue release and bone cutting.
In TKA we are the first user of the omni- robotic system in Israel and we are very satisfied from our results.
Our aim is the maximum patients' satisfaction from surgery by selecting correctly the patients and perform the right operation.

I have done over 1000 cases of hip and knee replacement using Trinity/Trifit and Unity prostheses; Overall, around 250 cases a year.

I believe that not all the patients are equal and therefore we have to tailor the appropriate treatment for each one of them. Therefore, for hip replacement surgery, I use the direct anterior approach for most primary cases, but also the posterior approach for some of the patients. I use mostly cementless metaphyseal coated tapered stems (Trifit), but occasionally, fully HA coated stems (Metafix) or cemented stems.

For knee replacement I make all effort not to release the collateral ligaments. Hence, I use fully ligament balancing technique with standard instrumentation or with the assistance of the OMNI robot.
