Finance, HR and Legal are centralised in the UK head office with business partners in EMEA, Australia and the US , these functions are key in supporting our growing business. Front of House and Personal Assistants to Directors also bind us all together. Our people are either qualified or studying towards CIPD, ACCA, CIMA, ACA or Data compliance / security
Key skills for people within these areas are collaboration, engagement , partnering, integrity, flexibility, tenacity and numeracy, and are key enablers for our strategic growth plans.
Finance works in partnership with all areas of the business to ensure that we can manage our budgets, cashflow and payments effectively and efficiently. Legal ensure that the external laws and regulations are anchored into everything we do with our products, people and customers, so we are always compliant.
HR is all about our people, whether we are supporting the managers with recruitment, onboarding, training and development, organisational changes, people relations and wellbeing, we want to ensure that our people continue to see us as an “employer of choice”
