The Naemi-Wilke-Stift Guben is a primary health care clinic which specialises in orthopaedic surgery. The orthopaedic department has 60 beds and two theatres which perform over 1500 operations per anum. Further enhancement of the orthopaedic department is scheduled for 2012.

Dr. med. Thilo Hennecke
Dr. med. Hennecke studied medicine from 1982 to 1988 in Greifswald and continued his training until 1993 in Frankfurt (Oder). Dr. med. Hennecke was senior physician in Frankfurt from 1996 to 1999. Since 1999 he has been leading the orthopaedic department at the Naemi-Wilke-Stift Guben. Dr. med. Hennecke’s main interests are hip and knee surgery but additional fields of interest include surgery of the foot, spine, arthroscopy and sports medicines.
