In-line with our ongoing commitment to Responsible Innovation we are pleased to announce the release of the first Unity Knee™ live surgery footage. In a similar format to the MiniHipTM marketing material already available, this footage showcases Unity Knee™ surgical technique with commentary on best practice.
The series of video chapters; including ligament balancing, was filmed at the Princess Elizabeth Orthopaedic Centre, Exeter, UK with Mr Andrew Toms who after involvement in implant and instrument design, implanted the very first Unity Knee™ in February 2012.
In addition to live surgery and commentary, the footage, which has been edited and presented in Flash Media Player also contains all of the Unity Knee™ literature and animations.
